Adam Bolt's practice centers on complex business and public entity litigation. His experience includes a wide range of matters including contract disputes, commercial real estate litigation, inverse condemnation actions, administrative licensing proceedings, healthcare provider disputes, trade secrets actions, partnership dissolutions, wrongful death cases, and public entity defense.
Prior to joining the Freeman Firm, Adam was a member of the litigation practice group in Weintraub Tobin's Sacramento office and honed his trial skills as a Deputy Public Defender for Placer County.
Adam is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a B.A. in History with honors and earned his Juris Doctor from UC Davis School of Law at King Hall.
Outside of the office, Adam's personal interests include scuba diving, archeology, classic films and spending time with his family.
